We know that nothing is ever perfect straight away, so we really value our brokers’ feedback – MyCRM was built by brokers for brokers afterall. They have the opportunity to request and vote on MyCRM enhancements through an inbuilt system called Canny. Leads are the lifeblood of any broker’s business, and lead generation is at the core of our promises to help brokers find, nurture, convert and keep clients.
We’ve been developing and honing our lead generating platforms and tools over a number of years, so we are very proud to take out the top spot in this category.
One of our lead generation tools, My Lead Generator, a personalised tool linked to the Online Fact Find, has been adopted by over 80% of our network and has been a driving force in providing our brokers with more qualified leads.
However, it doesn’t stop there.
Loan Market’s exclusive access to Ray White – Australasia’s largest real estate network – assists our brokers with lead generation. This relationship is nurtured at a corporate level, with initiatives like Love Your Landlord that promotes Loan Market brokers working with Ray White principals and property managers to help landlords.

Our marketing team is obsessed with providing our brokers with valuable marketing solutions that will help them find and keep more clients.
From personalised industry-leading websites, lead-gen landing pages, campaign templates, client satisfaction surveys and marketing automation solutions, our marketing team provides everything brokers need to remain visible, relevant and top-of-mind with their current and future clients.
