Loan Market creates ladder for brokers to climb Google rankings

Award-winning aggregator Loan Market is expanding its automated digital portfolio with a customer feedback and review tool that will rocket its brokers to page one on Google searches.

Unique to Loan Market, reviewr is a set-and-forget solution automating customer feedback to brokers’ Google My Business review pages. It enhances the SEO of brokers’ profiles on all-powerful Google where 70% of all online customers start their web research.

Loan Market Chief Marketing Officer, Lisa Jackson, said reviewr would increase the visibility of brokers online and in their target markets while the advocacy of highly satisfied customers will provide the social proof for prospective clients. 

Jackson said research had shown 81% of customers read online reviews while 74% say positive local reviews make them trust a business more.

Jackson said while all brokers wanted better visibility on Google, finding the time to drive a strategy was hard, ‘especially when brokers are busier than they’ve ever been before’.
